As I work in the design and construction profession, I am particularly fussy about attention to detail and good quality design. I found I was on the same wavelength with Gavin Hepper in this regard when I asked him to work on 2 separate projects at my new home.

I am now the proud owner of a unique draw system which has been beautifully crafted and is a delight to look at and use on a daily basis. I was so happy with the results that I asked Gavin to construct and install shelves in an awkward part of the living room. The cantilevered effect of the finished product is stunning and the simplicity and clean lines suits my design aesthetic to a T!!

Our old kitchen was ugly, small, broken and dilapidated. We hated cooking in it. Through family contacts we heard of the work of Gavin Hepper.

He consulted and collaborated with us at every stage of the project and kept us informed of costs and finishes throughout the design and building process. He worked with us to capture our needs and personalities in the finished product.

We now have exactly what we want and our kitchen is a delight to cook in and as I was the non-cook in the family before the renovation, I now love to cook.

We were in need of a new kitchen as ours was 1977 vintage. We approached 3 companies one of which was Concepts by Gavin Hepper whom we found on the internet.

After a visit from all of the contenders we had already made up our mind long before the tenders arrived, Gavin took a great deal of time to listen to our requirements and asked many questions about how we use the existing space and what we had in mind for white goods etc.

When Gavin's proposal arrived it was with Gavin not just by email, we were most impressed, he had really thought out how to get the best from what was not a huge space, He had put a great deal of time into the layout, recommended first class materials and top quality appliances. Our kitchen was installed by expert tradesmen including some structural modification which brought the house into the 21st century. Gavin spared no time making sure every part of the job was done to the highest possible standard. The more we use our beautiful kitchen the more we appreciate how well it was designed and installed. Gavin even came back after a while and made sure all of the doors etc fitted perfectly once everything had settled down.
