Seven years ago our last child was married and we decided to move to a small, more modern home. We didn't count on having 7 grandchildren! We love our home and don't want to move so we made the decision that we needed to 'live' outside when our family of 14 visits.

 Garry loves to cook and we decided on an outdoor kitchen. We contacted another kitchen company who measured up and never sent the quote instead they gave us Gavin Hepper's number. I think that speaks for itself!

 Gavin & Liz kept us informed of every detail and every visit was confirmed. On one occasion Gavin was held up in traffic, Liz rang to advise that he would be 30 minutes late. Both Garry & I continued with our full time jobs during the installation period, leaving Gavin to let himself through a preplanned unlocked gate. The work space was left clean and tidy at all times.

It was no accident how we had the fortunate dealings with Gavin Hepper. It was a recommendation from one of our family members that we must at least "give him a go" before considering another company. After our first meeting with Gavin, I can see why he was the one for the job. Not only did he ask that magical question "What is your budget?" he also had the time to educate his customers about the products he uses and the reason why he uses the products he stands by.

Gavin listens to what his customers want and not what he thinks they want. He treats everyone as an individual and we did get the kitchen designed they way we wanted all within the budget we could afford. The removal and installation of our kitchen was done in minimal time, there was no inconvenience to us at all, yet the end result of our kitchen was better than what we could have imagined, it was sensational and we do not have words to describe the quality of the workmanship. Gavin is "The Designer" for the 21st Century. We have continuous compliments from our friends and family and they too are truly amazed with the kitchen we have. He made sure that every space in our kitchen was easy access and practical. Gavin believes nothing is impossible, he will find ways to meet your requirements. This unique way of treating customers is simply by far and above my expectations "the sky's the limit".

Gavin meets the Australian Standards; only uses products that are Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA); gives you an approximation of how long it will take to complete your kitchen and when he advises you the date and time he will start the job, he is ready at your doorstep on that date and time he promised you. Just when you think there is no more he can offer, Gavin gives you a Home Warranty Insurance Certificate to cover the work that has been done should anything fail (which we doubt highly) as well as Care and Cleaning Instructions to maintain and maximise the life of your kitchen.

Gavin not only fulfilled our "dream kitchen" but he also left us with peace of mind and reassurance of a durable working kitchen and this is why we have no hesitation in recommending Concepts by Gavin Hepper to our friends and family.
