When we started out to totally redesign our kitchen and outdoor space, we did the usual thing and headed off to the kitchen show rooms and started to talk with friends about their experiences. Gavin Hepper had offered his services to us and we were interested in including him on the list of potential providers. Gavin had positioned his service with us on the basis of quality and service. We thought there was a risk with a private operator but through industry recommendations and our contact with Gavin, we became very comfortable that the risk was manageable.

As we embarked on the concept, design, finishes and colour components of the project it quickly became obvious that Gavin not only knew his business but had a real passion for his work and paid exquisite attention to the all important fine detail. At all times, Gavin connected each and every detail with the overall concept that we wanted to achieve.

Next came the installation, not only did he work closely with the builder and other trades, he was on site regularly to check and double check measurements and finished work of the other trades to ensure that the building works were correct, relative to each component of the kitchen. We were impressed!

As the installation commenced, Gavin coordinated and then installed all the cabinets. Precision was his mantra. The finished kitchen was exactly what we wanted but the service did not stop there, he has since promptly responded to a couple of requests for adjustments of draws and doors (the unusual stuff) and nothing has been a problem to him.

We have no hesitation in recommending Gavin. What he brings to the project is personal involvement from design to finishes, to installation, service the equal of nothing we have experienced, creative design and an excellent eye for detail. He is a first class operator who takes pride in his work, is easy to work with and takes you well away from the big production line factory approach of the other players in the industry.
